General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Legal Information

2. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products by Epok Label, which sells second-hand clothing and accessories. These are pre-owned items of clothing and accessories that may show some signs of wear, which are generally mentioned in the description. However, some minor imperfections may escape inspection during selection. The photos in the product catalog are contractual; however, the lighting in the photograph may cause variations in color.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding processing and shipping fees. The transportation costs applicable on the day of the order will be added. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. The product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation and subject to availability. Products remain the property of Epok Label until full payment of the price.

4. Order

Any order placed on our site constitutes the formation of a distance contract between you and us.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods are: [to be completed].

Delivery times are indicated during the order process. We commit to delivering as quickly as possible.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition. In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may render the right of withdrawal null and void. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Epok Label will refund the sums paid within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same payment method used during the order.

8. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects as provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to epoklabel@gmail.com within 30 days from delivery.
Products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them, with all elements (accessories, packaging...). Shipping and return costs are not covered.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in article 6.
